Enameled Rectangular Wire — Winding for Grade 155 Oil-Immersed Transformer
Enameled rectangular wire is made of electrical aluminum rod, which are drawn or extruded by the specification mould, it is the baked winding wire with multiple -layers of insulating paint after annealing softening treatment, They are mainly used in the winding of electrical equipment such as transformer, reactor and etc.Soft aluminum rectangle wire of enameled rectangle wire complies with the provisions of GB5584.3-2009.when 20'C.
- Resistivity: < 0.02801 Ω·mm²/m.
- According to different insulation requirements, thin film insulation from 0.06 to 0.11 mm or thick film insulation from 0.12 to 0.17 mm can be selected.
- The thickness of the self-adhesive layer of hot adhesive enameled rectangular wire is generally 0.03 to 0.06 mm. Our company monitors the thickness using a dielectric loss meter.
